The lid of the box is encased in irridescent and black resin that gives a glossy glass like appearance is hard wearing and wipeable. Gears / cogs and lights are encased in the resin and are strong and wipeable. Loads of metal work all patiently applied to give this box a retro steam punk feeling. Beautiful red glass legs support the box and catch the light . Electric rays are hand painted on the front of the box and varnished.
