Beeswax food wraps and Bags made by hand in our Suffolk kitchen, are a 100% natural food storage alternative to using Cling film, Tin foil or other Single use plastics. We hand make our wraps and bags with 100% Cotton fabric and a natural mix of locally sourced Beeswax from a neighbouring village and tree resin (Not a chemical in sight). Our wraps and bags are reusable and can be cleaned with warm mild soapy water and left to air dry. They can be used to store or cover anything in the freezer, fridge or counter top. Rule of thumb is, if its something you would grab the cling film for, replace it with a wrap! Once the wrap/ bag has come to the end of its life, cut up and place in your compost bin (100% Biodegradable). Beeswax wraps and bags cannot be used with RAW meat and fish and should not be put in or close to a source of heat ie Microwave, oven or dishwasher, they are made with Beeswax after all... Beeswax Wraps and Bags may smell slightly of Beeswax, this will not transfer to food and will fade after a short while. Not only do our Beeswax Wraps and Bags reduce the amount of plastics polluting our world they are also chemical free, naturally antibacterial and 100% biodegradable.. What is there not to love? Please not because our wraps and bags are hand cut, sizes and fabric pattern may vary slightly.
