Weve used a mix of smooth and faceted beads of Rose Quartz, Smoky Quartz, Chevron Amethyst & Amazonite, interspersed with sterling silver and threaded on a durable, stretchy jewellers elastic. Beads are 8mm diameter. Two Clear Quartz beads amplify the energy of the other crystals. We use sterling silver on our bracelets as this can attract and retain the properties of the crystals, leading to a gentle flow of energy between the stones and the wearer. It is also reported to help balance & regulate moods.

Stretch bracelets are great because they have no fiddly clasps to contend with and are super comfortable. The bracelet is a medium womens size with an inner circumference of around 7" which will easily fit most average size womens wrists.
