These are known as Over Runs where the wine makers order a load of wine boxes prior to packing the wine however if they don’t have enough wine from the season then they cannot use the boxes for the following season.. especially if they are date stamped. This is the best of both worlds as we have a genuine French wooden wine box without any of the staples or marks and stickers from shipping meaning they are clean ready for use. Of course we still love the older used boxes but these are great for using in the family home with children and pets around with minimal risk of splinters etc Dimensions of the boxes are 50cm x 33cm x 17cm deep.
