Vintage Spanish and Portuguese fruit crates These have been in use since the 1960s and have recently become decommissioned. As they`ve been stored inside over the last years they are still are extremely strong and enjoy being genuine vintage apple crates without being rickety and falling apart. The crates are full of character and slightly slimmer than the standard French and European counterparts meaning they can fit in to tighter spaces and look quite cute at the same time! The crates have 3 side slats with taller corners and corner cut outs on the bottom of the crates to allow safe stacking of these. The measurements of the crates are 50cm across, 30cm deep and 30cm high. These are very strong crates and intended to carry 20 KGs of apples.
