INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Step 1: find the right place and draw the stop location
Step 2: mark the hanging point with a pencil when the perfect point has been found
Step 3: Use the drill to remove holes. Always drill a little deeper into the ceiling than the dowel is long.
Step 4: insert the expansion screw and make sure the top of the screw mandrel is not damaged when inserting
Step 5:Install the ceiling hook and tighten the screws with a screwdriver
Step 6: Suitable for hanging, swinging, hanging chair, hammock, hanging chairs, punching bag, sling trainer, gymnastics rings, sun sail, childrens swing, suspension trainer, etc.
