Smart Watch APP setup
- 1. Make sure your phone has already turn on Bluetooth and Location permission
- 2. Download and Install "Gloryfit" search from Google Play or App Store, or scan QR code from user manual
- 3. Tap "Gloryfit" to search device (you are register in Gloryfit or select "ignore" to enter "search device" page)
- 4. Search out and Connected "Y15" Bluetooth (while connecting bluetooth, stays your watch and phone within 0.5 meter with good signal)
- 5. Connected and display app functions
- 6. Tap "Gloryfit" App --- "Device" page---Bluetooth Call ---Enable Bluetooth Call---firstly turn on Phone Switch on your watch, then "Pair" Bluetooth pairing request and "Allow" app access to contacts.
- Finally, you can go to your phone Bluetooth options to confirm "Y15" Already Connected for Calls and Audio. Then, your watch dial pad can works, and you can make or answer calls on your wrist watch.
FAQ:
1. Why we cannot have green icon to answer calls , only able to reject calls ?
Answer: please follow above step 6 to check if you have turn on your PHONE Switch on your watch, and Enable Bluetooth calls settings.
2. Why my watch has no incoming calls but my phone has ?
Answer: firstly, please check if your watch is within 10 meters safe Bluetooth range with your phone and without wall barrier, you can check if your watch Bluetooth shows "Connected"; then check if you have turned on Phone notification from Gloryfit App---Device page---Phone .
