A lightweight ice axe dedicated to versatility: a high-level hyphen between waterfall and more traditional tools.
Available in one size (50 cm), it is ideal for classic mountaineering and technical "fast and light".
The modular head of the Avional, similar to that of the X-Dream, allows two different configurations: spade blade and hammer blade.
The curvature of the handle, made of 7075-T6 aluminum, is designed to ensure both effective strike in ice axe traction and excellent snow penetration when the ice axe is used in vertical support.
The carabiner hole in the head allows use with a wrist strap (not included) while the X-Gyro Leash can be hung on the tip.
The new modular handle is equipped with removable supports that allow for all configurations: complete with 2 supports, with only the bottom bracket and without supports for progression exclusively on snow.
The top stand is also adjustable, which can be moved to any point of the handle as required by the mountaineer.
The X-Light head in paddle and hammer configuration provides an extremely comfortable ergonomic grip, without damaging the gloves thanks to the absence of teeth near the handle.
