1. The watch rotates for 2 minutes clockwise then rest for 6 minutes and so on
2. The watch rotates for 2 minutes counterclockwise then rest for 6 minutes and so on
3. The watch rotates for 2 minutes clockwise, rest for 6 minutes then rotates for 2 minutes counterclockwise, rest for 6 minutes and so on
4. The watch rotates for 5 minutes clockwise plus 5 minutes counterclockwise. Which repeats for 3 hours and rests for 9 hours and so on
