Rolling Steps
Lamination: laminate glass, EVA film, connected silicon cells, EVA film, TPT bottom sheet in sequence.
Vacuum pumping: Place above the rolled parts in the lower chamber of the double vacuum press.Then the upper chamber and the lower chamber are sucked synchronously about 6 min.
Heating: the upper chamber and the lower chamber are kept under vacuum, during this time heat the rolled parts.
Press: the rolled parts are heated under conditions of 135° C. to 140° C., the upper chamber cancels the vacuum and returns to atmospheric pressure. At this time the lower chamber is still held under vacuum, i.e. the upper chamber presses on the rolled parts of the lower chamber.
Hardening: isothermal curing under the curing temperature.
Cooling and framing: After isothermal hardening, cancel the vacuum of the lower chamber, open the top of the press, and take out the laminated modules.Then cut the extra EVA from the composite lamination edge.In addition, seal the frame and equip the terminal box, finally assemble the PV modules.
