With Champs MMA, you don’t need to be a yoga instructor to know how to loosen your legs.
Simply:
● Put the included, adjustable band around your waist and attach to the middle bar.
● Place your ankles over the outer bar handles.
● Pull the middle bar until you feel the stretch.
● Hold that position for 60 seconds, using the band to keep you in place.
● Push your legs inward for 8 seconds, then release.
● Repeat 3 times a day, deepening the stretch with each set.
