About usAbout us

About us

Shot in the Dark was created by twenty something newlyweds Grant and Jordanna.

We both love quizzes, but hated that all quiz games had the same flaw! Quiz games are no fun if there is a wide range of general knowledge abilities within the group, which always seemed to be the case (for us the team who has Grant’s dad won every time, which spoiled it).

We figured that our family and group of friends couldn’t be the only ones to struggle with this, so we invented Shot in the Dark, a game that is inclusive and can be enjoyed by quiz masters and people with terrible general knowledge alike.
