If there is excess strap after you have adjusted the product to fit, this can be cut off with scissors and the end can then be sealed with a flame to ensure a clean edge. * The elastic in this product has been Thread-locked using "Pyrm Fray Check" fabric glue. This will prevent fraying of the fabric and ensure the edges are clean and smooth. If the band is cut shorter, super glue should to be applied to the ends. Please be aware that using a naked flame to seal edges of the strap may result in burn marks on the fabric.
