Silverline 633792 Engineers Workshop Vice 100mm (4")

The Silverline 100mm Engineers Workshop Vice withstands heavy handling whilst holding bulky objects in place, providing a way of anchoring your workpiece during drilling, filing, soldering, assembling or welding. The fixed base provides stability and firmly anchors onto the work bench or table top, while the hardened steel jaw plates hold the object firmly in place. The heavy-duty cast iron construction resists distortion under high pressure and withstands the intense vibrations while breaking and hammering. Also known as a workshop vice, it has an integrated anvil for shaping and hammering and powder-coated finish for corrosion-resistance.

Tasks such as chipping, filing and fitting, sawing, sanding and grinding, fixing and gluing, are easier to manage and get accurate results when they are held steadfastly in place with this workshop vice. An integral part of any garage or workshop, the Engineers Vice is an essential piece of hardware for engineers and DIYers.

- Jaws feature diamond-shaped grooves for maximum clamping force and grip

- The screw is easy to operate and handle, providing the user with the right amount of clamping pressure and force

- Chrome-plated handle and lead screw are resistant to general wear and tear
