Description

Gotohs version of the traditional-style locking tuner, utilising a knurled thumb wheel at the back to clamp the guitar string quickly and securely inside the tuner post. 16:1 gear ratio. Sold as a set of 6 and comes with screws, washers and bushings. Using Gotohs 07 mini button. This set allows for string gauges up to 0.068. This set of machine heads are for headstock holes that measure 10mm in diameter - please check headstock hole size to ensure that these will fit your instrument. Please note that this set comprises of two post lengths - a long post for the low E, A and D strings that measures 20mm from base of the tuning post up to the string hole and a short post for the G, B and high E strings that measures 18.5mm from base of the tuner up to the string hole. This allows the option of not needing any headstock string retainers, thereby reducing string hangups that can cause the guitar to go out of tune, especially when using with a tremolo system. A longer post option is available as a special order.
