A whole selection of circles acclaimed by pastry chefs and caterers for plate dressing, molding and baking preparations. These sturdy and dimensionally stable rings are made of stainless steel in different heights with rolled edges (pie circles) or unrolled (desserts, mousses and vacherin). They are used to make cold desserts and desserts (mousses, iced meringues…) or hot (shortbread, tartes tatin...). The release of the mould is easy and the heat distribution is even during cooking.
