●Power: 24V 60W. 300°C long time printing: NTC100K B3950 thermistor is used by most of the 3D printers, we use imported chip so that this thermistor can sensor the temperature under 320°C degree, but for long printing, please keep the temperature under 300°C degree.
●The thermistor is directly installed in the BLOCK to obtain a more realistic temperature reading when the material comes out of the hot end
●Bimetal Heatbreak: Inner wall roughness Ra0.4, made from two components, Copper alloy and Titanium Alloy TC4. Titanium TC4 reduces heat upward conduction at the heating position, and copper for heat dissipation to accelerate heat conduction.
●Ceramic heating ring with built-in copper plated heating loop. The ceramic can be heated evenly, fast heating, can reach 360°C degree loop heating. But due to the thermistor temperature limited, please keep the printing temperrature under 300°C degree for long time.
●Package: 1xaluminum heatsink with buckles, 1x heatbreak. 1x Heater block installed with heater and thermistor, 1x brass nozzle 0.4, 1xsilicone cover(can reach 300C degree) and 2x cables
