Our kalimbas are tuned well on factory,you can start upon receipt. But if they get slightly out of tune, follow this instruction to tune them:

2. Tune with the tuning hammer included:
Longer tines lowers the pitch
Shorter tines raises the pitch
Sometimes the tuner is not sensitive to key recognition of the position of treble. When we are playing a tone, it may cause resonance around the key, so the tuner will misjudge. For this situation, we can slightly press the keys on the left and right of the tuned key, then playing the tuning key to tune accurately.
