How to Avoid Paint Bleeding:

- Use painters tape to securely attach your stencil to your piece of decor before painting.
- Use a long bristled stencil brush to control the pigment.
- Do not have too much paint on your brush or roller.
- After 3-5 times you used the stencil, wipe excess paint on the back of it with a paper towel, mostly the paint went though to the other side in the corners and the middle section - due to the fine line details! Or next time you place the stencil down the paint may appear in a place where it is not supposed to!
- Apply paint in series of thin layers, not all in one round. Take your time. Wait for the paint to at least partially dry before adding new layers.
- Make some practice with the large fern stencils before starting your real project.
