Feature

●What is an Inline Non-Return Valve? An inline non-return valve is designed to stop the free flow of water coming back to your pump/system. It offers a non-restrictive flow of water when being pumped though the valve. Once the pump has stopped the valve will automatically close, sealing the valve shut and offering a water tight seal.
●The inline non-return valve has been designed with a threaded body and threaded retaining nut. This design securely hold/seals the hosetails in place, whilst making the removal for maintenance or cleaning very easy. To remove the hosetails simple unthread the retaining nut and the hosetails will be released from the valve body.
●This valve is supplied with 2x 43mm Solvent weld hosetails. This hosetail can be used in conjunction with flexible hose with an internal diameter (ID) of 20mm (3/4″) -25mm (1″) 32mm- (1.25″) 38mm-(1.5″) flexi hose (please view stepped hosetail chart).
●Also supplied with the 43mm model is 2 x 43mm reducer bushes, this enables the valve to be used in-conjunction with 43mm (40mm Domestic Waste) ridged pipe (please view our pipe size chart).
●Supplied: Inline Non-Return Valve - 2 x Retaining Nuts - 2 x Sealing “O”Rings - 2 x Stepped Hosetails (size depending on model) - 2 x 43mm Reducing Bushes

Description

43mm Inline Non-Return Valve (Small): This valve is supplied with 2x 43mm Solvent weld hosetails. This hosetail can be used in conjunction with flexible hose with an internal diameter (ID) of 20mm (3/4″) -25mm (1″) 32mm- (1.25″) 38mm-(1.5″) flexi hose (please view stepped hosetail chart). Stepped hosetails have numerous different uses when it comes to converting flexible hose to rigid pipe or other equipment. Hosetails are simple and easy to use. When connecting any form of flexible hose to a hosetail, please bear in mind that the internal diameter (ID) of the flexible hose will have to match one of the steps on the hosetail. We sell a wide range of hosetails that will connect to most hoses on the market. Please ensure you are using the correct size. Please refer to our Stepped Hosetail Dimensions Chart for further details. Always cut your hosetail to the correct size and de-burr the cut for maximum flow.
