Groupe Zolux began as a simple seed shop in the center of a town in Charente-Maritime in France in 1933. Madeleine and Fernand Haurit, the great-grandparents of the family who still run the company today, started by selling agricultural seed, then bird seeds and cereals for small animals. The company has grown year after year, specialized in pet products and is now a key player in the pet store market.
