The TR40 Adventure Side Saddlebags have been designed in Barcelona and have a capacity of 32 litres and up to 10 kg of load each. The TR40 adventure side bags are distinguished by their "Double Locking System" (patent pending) closure system to lock the bag on the 4P System holder and, at the same time, to prevent access to it. Made with an ultra-abrasion resistant material that complies with REACH and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 with 1,500 hours resistance to UV exposure. They have reinforced seams and bottom. The inner bag as well as the roll closure of the outer bag guarantee the tightness of the set. The keys and cylinder TR40 correspond to the latest premium version of SHAD, with a system that reduces the risk of theft and with a cover that protects the cylinder from dust. In addition to ensuring sporty off-road driving, thanks to their low weight and perfect integration with SHADs 4P System racks, the TR40 saddlebags offer additional functionality with their 8 reinforced attachment points (on each bag) that allow additional luggage accessories. The TR40s feature a bottle holder and waterproof cover as original accessories, and they can be installed on all MOLLE systems. All side bags have 6 DURAFLEX buckles to adjust the bag to the volume of the load and thus improve stability when driving. In addition, there is a loop at the end of each strap to prevent beating. The saddlebags also feature reflective elements to increase visibility and padded carry handles. The TR40 received the 2022 ABC Awards, rewarding its innovative design that focuses on solving key aspects for use in adventure motorcycles.
