Description

The motorcycle current regulator consists of two main components: a rectifier and a voltage regulator.
The rectifier converts the alternating current (AC) generated by the alternator to direct current (DC), which is used by the battery. It controls the voltage of the direct current that arrives at the battery, maintaining a constant voltage between 12 and 14 volts.
This is an essential part of the operation of the motorcycle. A failure of the regulator can lead to overcharging of the battery, which can damage it or even cause a fire.

Here are some symptoms of a faulty motorcycle power regulator:
- The battery drains quickly.
- Headlights or turn signal lights.
- The bike has trouble starting.
- The engine runs badly.
