Fully pre-assembled rear converter unit, consisting of fixed cheek, thrust spring, clutch bell and clutch. A faulty torque converter is the most common cause of V-belt tears and is often noticed first by a buzz during driving or jerking at start. The converter is fully pre-assembled and must only be mounted on the input shaft of the transmission. The complicated installation of the back pressure spring is no longer necessary.
