The maximum display output resolution is up to 4K@120Hz when HDMI 1 is displayed alone, backwards compatible to 4K@75Hz/4K@60Hz/2K@120Hz/1080P@120Hz..
Notes before purchase:
1. Ensure that your laptop’s USB-C port supports the PD Power Delivery, DP Alt Mode and Data Transfer to access the full feature of this USB-C hub. If you don’t have enough knowledge about it, be free to reach our support team by providing your laptop’s brand and model so that we could help you out.
2. For macOS devices, due to the limitations of the operating system, this hub only supports one expansion with different content, with both external displays showing the same content.
3. The HDMI 1 port has a maximum output resolution of 4K@120Hz and the HDMI 2 port has a maximum output resolution of 4K@30Hz, with the final resolution depending on the different laptops, displays, HDMI cable usage and configuration.
4. To use the HDMI output ports, the USB-C port of your device MUST support DisplayPort Alt Mode.
5. You need your laptop to support DP1.4 to meet the highest HDMI resolution, with DP1.2, HDMI resolution cannot reach the maximum.
6. If the HDMI isn’t stable when extending on monitor, ensure to firmly plug the HDMI cable and assure that the hub is powered through the USB-C port.
7. When more external devices are connected through this hub, it is recommended to connect with power supply through the USB-C PD port.
8. For MacBook users, settings are required to use LAN ethernet port. Go to: “System Preferences – Network, click on “+” icon and selecting usb 10 / 100 / 1000 LAN to create an application.
9. This USB-C hub docking station much be directly plug to the USB-C port of your laptop. It may not work if plugged to a convert or other port adapters.
10. Some users laptop upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, which cause the USB-C interface of laptop cannot recognize the usb c hub. Please upgrade the "USB-C interface" driver of laptop.
11. Some laptop interface have an over-discharge protection protocol. Please keep the PD adapter connected with docking station while using for a long time.

Regarding multiple displays for windows systems, it depends on the laptop DP1.4 and the maximum resolution supported by the monitor.
The following resolutions are for DP1.4 only. DP1.2 resolution will drop.
