Profoot Finger & Toe Bandage

Directions

Directions for closed bandage: Clean the injured finger or toe; and cover with a sterile dressing if needed. Cut a length of bandage, around two and a half times the length of the finger or toe, and gather it onto the applicator. Place the applicator over the finger or toe so that the open sides are between the fingers or toes. Holding the end of the bandage in place, slide the applicator yto the end of the finger or toe and twist the applicator once. Push the applicator back towards the base of the finger or toe, applying the remainder of the bandage and then removing the applicator. The base of the bandage can be secured with tape if required. Directions for open-end bandage: Clean the injured finger and cover with a sterile dressing if needed. Measure and cut the bandage to approximately the length of the injured finger. Follow the instructions for the closed-end bandage. Except, when withdrawing the applicator stop before you get to the end of your finger. Twist the applicator a half turn and as with the closed-end bandage, push the applicator back towards the base of the finger. The bandage can be secured with tape if required. Directions for finger stall: Clean the injured finger and cover with a sterile dressing if needed. Measure the bandage 4 to 5 times the length of the finger and cut. Follow the instruction for the closed-end bandage. However, once the second layer of the bandage has been applied, keep the remainder in the applicator and cut down each side. Remove the applicator and tie the two loose strips together at the base of the bandage to prevent it from tearing. Wrap the two pieces around the wrist and tie securely.
