Description

FISURA doormats are the perfect gift for decorating a home!

Technical data:

Relevant information

The paint of the carpets remains intact over time. Discoloration can occur for various reasons such as continuous use or exposure to sunlight or rain. If you want to keep it in perfect condition, you should avoid exposing it to these elements.

The coconut fibers are attached to the base with glue, which means that not all fibers are equally fixed and at the beginning of use it is quite normal for some fibers to come off.

For cleaning, do it dry. Use a brush, do not use water and do not put it in the washing machine.

Each mat is made from the shells of approximately 25 coconuts. The shells are first ""seasoned" in the coastal lagoons where they are collected, and then beaten by hand to extract the fiber. FISURA rugs are painted and coloured by hand, one by one, using different stencils. Then a traditional technique of drying in the sun is used in the open air to fix the paint on the surface of the carpet. Finally, we add the non-slip backing which firmly holds the mat in place and reduces the risk of slipping.
